Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal frozen treats, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our cold-chain delivery system. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide replacements or refunds for any items that arrive damaged or compromised.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging or melted lollies immediately upon delivery to help us process your claim.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and the attached photographic evidence.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality control team will review your submission within 2 business days to verify the temperature excursion or shipping damage.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh batch of Joystick Ice Lollies via express courier or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
